We've been around the world's digital block: from the dental chair in India, through public health, into the commercial engine rooms of health technology companies in Boston, Bengaluru, London and beyond. That journey taught us one thing. Health systems everywhere are different, but the reason good technology fails is everywhere the same: adoption. In clinical AI, the hard problem has moved from building the model to earning its place in care. Getting that right is not just a job, it's our responsibility.
Dr Ruchi Dass founded HealthCursor in 2010 and has spent fifteen years commercialising clinical technology across nineteen countries. She has held Head of Growth, SVP Strategy and C-suite mandates at global health technology companies, including two companies that were subsequently acquired. She served on the advisory network of the IFC's TechEmerge programme across India and Brazil, was a juror of the GSMA's digital health awards from their inception until 2021, and has spoken at TEDx, HIMSS and the Royal Society of Medicine.
HealthCursor works as a boutique by design: a senior principal, a vetted bench of specialist consultants engaged per project, and senior advisors with deep operating and market experience across the NHS, European health systems, the Gulf and South Asia. You get operator judgement on every engagement, with the delivery capacity of a larger firm when the work demands it.
We're always interested in exceptional specialist consultants and senior advisors for our bench. Introduce yourself.
