HealthCursor Consulting Group Ltd  |  Last updated July 2026

HealthCursor Consulting Group Ltd ("HealthCursor", "we") is registered in England and Wales, company number 17146291, with its registered office at 14/2E Docklands Business Centre, 10-16 Tiller Road, London E14 8PX. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. We take a minimal approach: this site exists to describe our work, not to gather data.

What we collect

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, typically your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message. If you subscribe to Notes from Deployment, your subscription is managed by Substack, and their privacy policy applies to the data they hold. This website does not use advertising trackers. This website is hosted by Netlify, whose systems record standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability. Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers. Netlify and Google may process this technical data on servers outside the UK, including in the United States; such transfers rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, to deliver services you ask us for, and to maintain our professional relationship with you. Our legal bases under UK GDPR are legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries and running our firm) and, where relevant, the performance of a contract. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except with service providers who help us operate (such as email and hosting providers) or where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, and in line with legal and professional obligations. We review and delete information that is no longer required.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in relation to your personal data. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to that processing at any time. To exercise any of these, email ruchi@hcgconsulting.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
